Prof. David Seyi Akanbi
Founder and Chairman, Governing Council
Prof. David S. Akanbi is a distinguished IT consultant, educator, and the visionary Founder of Cardinal Educational Technology, the parent company of ACTECH. Holding dual Ph.D. degrees in Human Capital Development and Instructional Technology, alongside a Public Leadership Credential from Harvard Kennedy School, he brings a systems-thinking approach to scaling sustainable educational institutions. Prof. Akanbi has designed and deployed large-scale technology solutions for Fortune 100 companies and U.S. federal agencies. As a Professor of Practice at the University of the District of Columbia and the University of Maryland Global Campus, his leadership ensures that ACTECH bridges the gap between academic theory and industry demands, fostering a startup mindset and future-ready skills in the next generation of tech experts.

Dr. Caroline Mary Ndubuisi

Dr. Caroline Mary Ndubuisi is an accomplished organizational strategist and seasoned finance professional, holding dual validation as a Chartered Accountant from ICAN and ANAN. Currently serving as Deputy Director of the Finance and Account Directorate at the National Assembly, she brings robust financial governance and accountability frameworks to ACTECH. Her highly skilled expertise in forensic accounting, auditing, and fraud detection techniques not only ensures the institution's financial health but also provides strategic academic value to ACTECH's Forensic Technology program. As a leader committed to human capacity building, Dr. Ndubuisi's extensive experience navigating complex financial systems makes her an invaluable asset in guiding ACTECH's strategic planning, resource allocation, and institutional growth.

Prof. Mannixs Paul

Prof. Mannixs Paul is a globally recognized scholar-practitioner in forensic investigations, fraud prevention, and organizational development, making him a cornerstone of ACTECH's NBTE-approved Forensic Technology program. He served as an Associate Professor at the University of Phoenix, Global Chairman of CECFI, and President of Uniworld Corporate Investigations and Security Specialists LLC. With over 30 years of high-level experience across the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, NYPD, and the NYS Attorney General's Office, Prof. Paul brings unparalleled industry insight to the college. As the founder of the Uniworld Academy of Criminology and Forensic Studies, his expertise ensures that ACTECH's digital forensics and cybersecurity students receive world-class, practical training grounded in global compliance and white-collar crime prevention.

Dr. Adenike Akinsemolu

Dr. Adenike Akinsemolu is a prominent environmental scientist, educator, and social entrepreneur who brings a vital focus on sustainability and STEM advocacy to ACTECH's Governing Council. As the Founder of The Green Institute and pioneer of 'Green Microbiology,' she is renowned for innovative initiatives like the 'Trash for Tuition' program and The Girl Prize, which supports young Nigerian girls in STEM. Currently an Honorary Associate Professor at the University of Birmingham and a Lead Author for the UN Environment Programme's GEO-7 report, Dr. Akinsemolu's extensive academic and research background enriches ACTECH's institutional vision. Her presence on the council ensures that ACTECH's technological advancements and educational frameworks are developed with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability and inclusive STEM education.

Dr. Olusola Ayoola

Dr. Olusola Ayoola is a pioneering force in Africa's tech ecosystem and the Founder/CEO of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Nigeria (RAIN). His deep expertise in AI, robotics, and engineering perfectly aligns with ACTECH's commitment to AI-powered education and its Computer Science curriculum. Dr. Ayoola has spearheaded groundbreaking, real-world tech solutions, from Passenger Scream Detection Systems to Carbon-Emission Tracker Drones. Under his leadership, RAIN is expanding tech training across 20 African cities. On the Governing Council, Dr. Ayoola provides critical strategic direction for ACTECH's simulated labs and practical training frameworks, ensuring the curriculum remains cutting-edge and that students are equipped to solve critical challenges in security, healthcare, and sustainability.

Bukky A. Wright, CISA, MBA

Bukky A. Wright is a Certified ISO Lead Auditor and an IT Audit, Risk, and Compliance Consultant whose career exemplifies the transformative power of technical education. Having successfully transitioned from the film industry to becoming a technology expert, she brings a unique perspective to ACTECH's mission of turning passion into expertise. Grounded in the ITIL 4 framework and holding certifications such as Cyberark Certified Trustee, she leverages her skills in IT governance, risk management, and compliance to ensure ACTECH maintains the highest operational standards. As a passionate advocate for career transitioners, Bukky champions ACTECH's flexible, competency-based learning models, proving to prospective students that continuous learning and actionable steps in IT can lead to profound professional reinvention.
